Lady Luck smiles...

Theres this saying "Lady Luck is easily jealous", and I used to think it was total bullshit.
I was wrong.

Remember there was this period of time when I had quite a few... shall we say, close encounters... And the frequency of these encounters was extremely high. That was the same period of time when i was most troubled and vexed, be it school or life. I had no drive, no motivation, no inspiration, I fell sick often and time just kinda passed by.

Well following that, things happened and i decided to move on. Either due to coincidence or something else, school and life took a turn for the better.

The past week has been extremely fruitful and pivotal to this semester.
I even won in Mahjong yesterday at Lidong's, not a simple win but a full set of flowers (1-4), 2 animal tiles, 1/2 color + self draw from flower pile, which translates into $22 in a single game of a 10 cents base. Those who played with me will know my dogshit luck at Mahjong, and I concede to that fact.
I have always considered badluck in gambling an advantage, helping me steer clear from the vice that destroyed my ancestors' business.

School work too has been smooth, my edurance has returned in terms of tonning, using powernaps. I slept an average of 2 hours daily but i remain fresh and clear headed, when i used to sleep 12+ hours and still feel like shit.

Lady Luck smiles at me now.

A Fog

I'm looking out my window now, 4am.
theres this super thick fog out there, cant see beyond my opposite block.

Might sound eerie but somehow, i like it. It kinda like make farmilar surroundings, enchated and the whole feeling you get is just like refreshing...
How often do you get this sia... just really cool, gotta see it to believe it. But alas i tink it'll be gone by the morning...

Wah lao miss the good ol days ah... i tink this version of the game has got potential.

Schooling is sian as usual, everything piling up, things still not confirmed. Sometimes instead of procrastinating, i tink im ignoring them purposely all together. I wonder why that happens.

Once again i have the urge to join either nafa (yes.. not napfa... the red letter got to my head) or laselle in the future to further my studies, always wanted to pursue that area.
I have my doubts of my own skills, what i have is not talent but hardwork, people there have the talent + the hardwork... so yea, dunno if i can survive sia, talk about inspiration i also dun have constant stream one, only very rarely do i get hit hard...

Managed to come up with like a theme, but i was a bitch and kept saying how it would look aesthetically as well as functionally out of place... but hey, just try to produce it and see wad we get in the end... the design concept is quite the pro i tink, so no worries

I started on FF:X-2, and i just completed, completing it. nostalgia sia
